Maria, Esther and Cristina are three adult and complex women who are right in the middle of a life crisis. Guy Nehama has a wife he loves, a job in a high-tech company he despises, and 5 children that he doesn't really know. He finds himself in the midst of a mid-life crisis, feeling that because of his family he gave up on a career as a stand-up comedian. When his wife dies in a car accident, he starts chasing after his old dream. On the way he loses everything – the co-worker who is secretly in love with him, his brother’s friendship and even – his children. Nehama is obsessed with his love for his dead wife. He tries to figure out what secrets she kept from him. Until he has to wake up and choose between his dream as an artist and his children.

His innovative approach is provocative for many but exciting to Dörte and she becomes a true disciple of the new movement that challenges not only artistic conceptions, but societal structures as well. The school becomes a breeding ground for modernity, jazz – and feminism. A love story grows between Gropius and Dörte, adding fuel to the fire to the ensuing scandal threatening the very existence of the Bauhaus; the school of art that would go on to shape the 20th century like no other…

Twelve ordinary people are called for jury duty for a murder case as traumatizing as it is controversial: the respected headmistress Fri Palmers stands accused of two murders, one of whom is her own child. Gradually, as the trial gains momentum, it is not only Fri’s fate that hangs in the balance, but also the lives of the jury members that are shaken to the core. Each jury member reacts based on his or her own personal scars and life experience. It is up to them to decide on the guilt or the innocence of this broken woman on trial.
